Girl talk...periods. please read?

when i first got mine it was so unexpected, and didnt have any pains or anything but it happened before i went to bed and i was on the toilet and i wiped and saw blood but though nothing of it and didn't worry but then the next morning i woke up with blood all through my bed and i was too scared to tell my mum about it cause im like you i don't talk to her about that kind of stuff but i ended up crying and told her and she just gave me pads. but now i get some craps, sore breasts and get very emotional before i get mine.
