My Huge health concern?

I was on depression medication for two weeks. While taking it, I took 6-10 tylenol pms daily. Then for week or two, I took 4-6 nyquils a day. Now my entire shoulder/neck and left arm hurts, I feel extremely worn out every day, and I feel dizzy. Even the white part of my eyes (on the bottom) are yellowish red. I dont know if I just caught something because I already have high blood pressure and cholesterol. What could it be?
