How to get lead out of your hand?

It's stupid but me and my best friend became "blood sisters" about 1 or 2 years ago. (I'm 14 be the way) so we made very microscopic wound to do so. Unfortunately, I made the wound in the palm of my hand with a pencil. It's a small dot that's been stuck under my skin for about 2 years now. I've tried to pick it out and that only led to bleeding.. it can't be lead because it would of poisoned me now I suppose. But, any suggestions? Besides trying to pick it out.. lol.
