What does dark brown urine in the morning mean?

When I wake up in the morning my urine is really dark brown kind of like a rust color. As soon as I Drink somme water it is almost completely clear. I've had 3 urine tests done and all reveal microscopic hematuria any ideas as to what could be causing this or is it just dark in the morning because I havent drank water in 10 hrs?
