Could i still have head lice or am i paranoid?

it's been about 2 and a half weeks ( i think longer) and i have used the treatment like 5 times. the only eggs i find are white which means those eggs are dead. but my head feels itchy (maybe i'm just paranoid) but my dad recently placed me in a different room of the house where he stored boxes and there were lots of bugs there. just a few hours ago i found a teeny weeny bug (it looked nothing like lice though) it was microscopic almost and had like horns and well the point is it wasn't lice lol. so....... could i still have lice or not? i'm using the treatment again 2morrow though. do you think i still have it though?
