Very bad pain in tailbone, all the way up to my neck.?

Someone kicked me in the tailbone really hard not to long ago, and I basically fell over. I just kept on the ground for about 5 mins, then got up, and it hurt very bad. Now I can't even lay down, sit, or stand on my back. I can feel this pain from my tailbone, to the back of my neck. And I'm twitching a lot. Right now I'm laying on my side typing this on my laptop, even though it's hurting like hell. If I touch my tailbone, or something else does, I scream. I don't know if I should go to the ER. It's 11:02 PM, and I'm only 15, and my mom said sleep it off. I can't even move. Omg, I have never felt this, I'm in tears right now..
