Is all of my pain from growing?

I have major pain on the back of my knees and back of my neck and sometimes in my rib cage area. I have had these since I was 12 and now I'm 14 and I have only grew 1 inch and gain 5 lbs since then. I'm 5'3" and 102 lbs. So is it growing pains?
