I feel like there's a microscopic sliver that pains me help please!?

It started 3 days ago. I was in a store and i used the fan and like flicked it. Then I felt something sharp in my finger whenever I moved it. I could not see anything in my finger and if it was something, it was something very, very small but I can't imagine something so small hurting my finger everytime I moved it.After 40 minutes I tried to find the area on my finger where I felt the pain and I ripped some skin off and it started bleeding. (Maybe I shouldn't have done that) Anyways, the skin of my finger sort of healed and I still feel the sharp pain as I'm typing this on my keyboard, washing my hands, or just moving my finger. I'm scared, and freaking out, and I don't know what to do so please help?
