Why do lesbians lack the passion a lot of men seem to have?

Although Im a lesbian Ive felt more passion and enthusiasim from men when my female friend kisses me on the neck its far less exciting than when I was kissing a guy and he kissed my neck but I am a 100 percent lesbian but I think I will never meet another lesbian that likes me and that is passionate. Is it that women lack the testosterone that gives them the strength ?
