Is this Photosynthesis paragraph correct?

when u write photolysis then u can write that photo means light and lysis m,eans break down. leaves of plants are the best site for photosynthesis. because leaves have chlorophyll which is a pigment give green colours to the plants and chloroplast capture light and then reaction or process of photosynthesis takes place. without light photosynthesis can't takes place. photo means light and synthesis means made or manufacture. that's why in night photosynthesis reaction can't takes place.
