How can I find out if I had a stroke?

I think I had a stroke because my mouth (both corners) have drooped down a bit. Mostly the right side of my mouth. When I eat the corner of my right mouth goes down and it happens sometimes when I talk. It started happening when I was 18. I'm 20 now and I think it got worse. I also got a retinal tear when I was 19 on the right side of my eye. I fell suddenly on the ground a few minutes after having a laser procedure done for my eye. My hands got numb and my head started to hurt really bad. Now I'm starting to feel dizzy a lot especially in the shower. I also get bad neck and back pains so I crack that to relieve it.
