Advice on a Urine Microscopic Examination?

As a nurse you have not given much info to go on! This could be from a simple urinary tract infection or a bladder infection-which both will give higher RBC's due to the irritation. It is hard to say if it is a simple or complex problem as I don't know your mother's history. The first treatment would be antibiotics and lots of water. If you could add a bit more info such as symptoms that she is having, a fever, is she healthy or has underlying disease processes (heart, diabetes etc) that may help.
